I stumbled upon your blog and thought I had to comment! Your menu looks amazing ! My wife and I visited Paris over the summer and it reminds me of the food options I would see when looking at the outside menus in Latin Quarter. We currently live in burbank hoping to relocate to highland park for our first home and I can’t wait to try your place! Looks like progress is coming along,. Is there any word on the opening?
Thanks Jeremy. I highly recommend Highland Park to live. It is becoming very groovy. We will have a few holiday parties then hopefully glide into a soft opening in the new year. Opening a restaurant involves the co operation of lots and lots of people and agencies. I am herding cats as fast as I can!
Great news James! We are in escrow for house and your place is a stones throw away! In the meantime, I’m anticipating the opening and will check in on your blog to see how progress is coming along. I can only imagine the amount of stress and dedication to open up your own restaurant.
