Located in the very popular filming district of Highland Park, we offer hassle-free production with: ample parking, ultra quiet interiors, film friendly neighbors, front and rear entrances for easy load in and cable running, single story building with roof access, and 24 hour 7 day availability!

Our day rates are competitive and we offer significant discounts for Monday filming and student productions. Hourly rates are available and we welcome still photography and reality shoots.

Needless to say, catering is also available.
