That is freakin’ hilarious you picked up a Wolf commercial range from Paris. I think that’s one of the karaoke/club/bars in San Gabriel that didn’t use to serve Taiwanese/Vietnamese fusion. Apparently now it does.
I know right! I wonder what went on at Paris, because this stove seems to have been used only for heating up frozen bar snacks. Those kids running the place now are really nice so I will give them a chance. In any case this stove has found a loving home now. It rocks.
